Project Overview
This project involves the design of a new single-family home with ample space for hosting guests, located in the Skyland residential development. Situated on a small lot, the home takes full advantage of views of the west face of Crested Butte Mountain, creating a strong connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

My Role
My role included producing 3D renderings during the design development phase to help the client visualize the home’s exterior and make informed decisions about materials. The renderings also supported the permitting process with the Skyland HOA, helping to secure approval efficiently.
Results
The project’s design has been a success, with construction expected to begin in Summer 2026. The clients are pleased that the home will comfortably accommodate their family and multiple guests, providing a functional and welcoming space for gatherings.
