Project Overview

This project involves the design of a new single-family home for a young and growing family. The site is located in the Meridian Lake Meadows residential neighborhood in the Washington Gulch Valley. The home is located on a small neighborhood lot, with a picturesque view of the Crested Butte ski resort. The goal of the project is to create a second home for the client to use when vacationing to Crested Butte.

My Role

My role involved creating 3D renderings for the client during the design development stage to help visualize the exterior and interior of the home. Renderings of the interior of the home helped the client understand our design and allowed them give more detailed feedback on the layout of the kitchen and living areas.

Results

The project has been a great success. Construction is expected to be complete by Summer 2026. The clients were satisfied that the design and build of the home remained within their budget while maximizing the area of the home.
