Project Overview

This project involves the design of a new single-family home with plenty of space for hosting guests. The site is located in the Skyland residential development. The home is located on a small neighborhood lot, with a beautiful view of the west face of Crested Butte Mountain. 

My Role

My role involved creating 3D renderings for the client during the design development stage to help visualize the exterior of the home and choose exterior materials. The renderings were also helpful in acquiring a permit from the neighborhood HOA in Skyland.

Results

The design of the project has been a great success. Construction is expected to begin during summer 2026. The clients were satisfied that the design of the home will allow their family and multiple guests to reside comfortably.
